50yo Male, presented to GP with pigmented lesions present >6 | Figure 1

50yo Male, presented to GP with pigmented lesions present >6months. Lesion started as pruritic vesicle, since affected both iliac fossae in multiple areas, occasional itching. No other symptoms, no past history. Thoughts?
