other then the bulges/herniations there are erosions and sclerotic areas on the L4/L5 vertebrae....... what is that? Am I missing anything else? 35 year old female with radiating pain from low back into the left SI joint for the past five years. Pain has not progressed in that time period. Also complains of hip pain for the past year. An MRI was also taken of the hip revealing 3mm adnexal cyst and 5mm cyst in the acetabulum. Previous MRI was taken in 2007 revealing bulges at that time but she doesn't have the images or report so I was unable to compare.Thanks for the help in advance.]
