May I share case outside dentistry? A male patient, 26 yr old come to our dental clinic to discuss his problem. First of all, we are in deep palm plantation in the village and there is no medical doctor near our clinic. He said that his penis has a red spot. He is not feeling pain or anything, just a red spot. He never had a sexual relationship with anyone. This red spot appeared since 1 month ago. Do you have any idea what this is? And what treatment for him? Thank you for your help.

58 y.o. No PMH. Initially presented with these spots 1 week ago on RLE- stated that they started about a week prior – start as a small red area with black dots in the middle; smooth larger spot (black arrow) is now raised with many black dots in the middle and right around the edges – it feels fluid filled. Two smaller spots began forming (blue and orange arrows). Patient returns to the office today and states she popped the larger spot a few days ago- serous sanguinous fluid. Today redness expanding around each area with little bumps; she states it's pruritic. Any ideas? Bug bite?
Patient in late teens presenting after a collapse, no chest pain, no previous cardiac history, no history of sudden death in family, are there any features in this EKG that would warrant further work-up or is this just a pediatric EKG?
