Patient Presentation

27 year old male, brought to the ED by paramedics, on a Friday night. He claims he was walking home after a night out at the local tavern when he tripped and fell face first in the road. Apart from the laceration, what else do we need to consider and be worried about? Besides irrigation and sutures, what other investigations would you perform?
