EMS dispatched to a fall w injuries. Pt is a 77y/o female with no significant PMH. Pt was found laying on her apartment floor. Obvious deformity to pts left hip. Thought to be a hip dislocation at first assessment. Distal pulse +2. ROM significantly reduced in affected leg. Pts vital signs were WNL. Pt rated the pain 10/10.
