20 yom skateboarding down a hill and fell off. States he "rolled until my knee stopped me by hitting a rock". Left knee dislocation. Reduced and immobilized by orthopedics in the ER.

This is a AP and Lateral left knee from a 11 yo F, with PMH of left congenital-hip-dysplasia treated with harness and surgery 9y ago. Two days ago she came with a 1w knee pain during activities that include knee bend and pain during the night, the pain didn't wake her from the sleep. PE: no limited ROM, pain to palpation of tibial tuberosity. Today she came with this X-rays and was referred to Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery to rule-out a more severe diagnosis. Prescribed ice and NSAIDS.

17 year old girl presented to ER with painful limited ROM of left knee. Extension of left knee and slight external rotation of lower leg was noted. Tenderness over medial side of left patella. Distal neurovascular status was intact. According to her, she experienced that left knee compressed by her brother while she sat on the ground with left knee extension.

23 y/o male with complete knee dislocation. Patient had knee dislocated for three months prior to our arrival. Only surgical option was to perform a knee fusion.
