75YOF pruning her roses just tripped over a rock and fell down. Previous T10 collapse from severe osteoporosis. Lifetime smoker. With these lungs one would obviously prefer minimal anaesthetic time. Epidural, perhaps? And a "quick" pin instead of THR?
