30-year-old patient presented for 2 weeks skin candidiasis badly treated with topical corticosteroids and calamine lotion poorly diagnosed as a heat rash, revalued and treated with oral itraconazole and ketoconazole in topical cream for 2 weeks, here shows improvement

Presento durante 2 semanas candidiosis cutanea mal tratada con corticoides topicos y locion de calamina mal diagnosticada como miliaria rubra, revalorada y tratada con itraconazol oral y ketoconazol en crema topica por 2 semanas, aqui muestra mejoria

Sin historia familiar de trastornos dermatológicos. Cursa con lesiones en cuero cabelludo desde hace 1 año, a veces pruriginosas y con ardor por el rascado; comenzó tratamiento hace 1 semana con shampoo de Ketoconazol al 2%, sin mejoría hasta ahora (fotos recientes) Opiniones?
