This is a CXR of 39 years old gentleman presented with productive for about one month. Claimed cough worsen at night with whitish sputum. Non smoker. No PMHx. No known PTB contact Works as a bus driver. VS stable and afebrile. Noted clubbing and coarse crackles at LLZ on auscultation. Please comment on CXR. Thanks
