Dispatched for a male with sudden onset weakness and nausea onset an hour ago. Slightly pale, weak, no pain. Deep inhalation caused a cough, lung sound assessment rough but possibly diminished on lefts. SpO2 85-95% on room air, 4L/NC keeps him at 96%, pink, and "feeling better than before I felt weak!". QRS ~200. Ask away!
