30 yo female with no significant PMHx presented with pictured lesions on her left arm, right finger, mid-back and right inner thigh. Described as painless and itchy but no other symptoms. She did have a small amount of clear fluid draining from the middle of one lesion but this has since resolved. Symptoms appeared morning after sleeping in Louisiana rental home. Her partner did not have any symptoms or lesions. Pictures posted are 2 days after initial onset. Size has slightly increased, swelling has slightly decreased, color the same. First impression was bed bugs given the timing of presentation but partner has no signs/symptoms despite sharing same bed for 2 nights. Mosquito bites suspected but unlikely given size and random locations (she was fully clothed). Suspecting common house spider bite but unsure. Please share your thoughts and clinical advice. Thank you.
