70 year old female arrived to ER via private vehicle. Complains of increasing weakness over the last month, productive cough in the last 48 hours, increased fluid in all extremities. Not actively bleeding. Has a long list of medical problems but hasn't seen a doctor in over two years. Lowest H & H I've seen on two legs in a long time!
