71 year old female presented for an ultrasound (US) guided biopsy of an oval-shaped mass in her left breast. Successful stereotactic biopsy of the mass in the left breast was performed. Post-procedural #US demonstrated a 8.72 cm hematoma (Figure 1). Manual pressure was unable to control bleeding and #CTA revealed a large hematoma in the left breast with active arterial bleeding evidenced by extravasation of contrast media into the hematoma (Figure 2).
