Classic #CLL on a 75yo male. This is one of our regular CLL patients who is now progressing. #Thrombocytopenia with a large amount of smudge cells. In our lab, we rerun this sample as a dilution to confirm the HB as the #WBC is greater than 170. Red arrow shows small, uniform #Lymphocytes and the blue arrow shows the numerous #smudge cells.
