Patient came in with an abnormal growth from the buccal mucosa adjacent to the left mandibular molar and a history of Gutkha chewing for the past three years. The growth is firm, non-mobile, painless except for on eating spicy food and is ulcerated and mild bleeding is observed, the rapid progression and extent is suggestive of a malignancy. Biopsy is done waiting for confirmation.
