Pyoderma-gangrenosum after 5 months of treatment. Patient still struggling with pain. New recommendation is #Infliximab. I thought these cases were mostly seen in patients with #Crohn's-disease or #Ulcerative-colitis but this is my second case this week where neither patient had that history.
