Changing moles with halo of pigment loss

Mother brought 17 yof otherwise healthy to the pharmacy. I am the pharmacist at a rural pharmacy and the mother asked that I look at the moles. Pt has multiple moles that have become darker in the past 3-6 months. They have also developed halos of pigment loss including hair. The area surrounding the mole in the first picture has a waxy sheen. Her mom brought her into the pharmacy concerned because of the changes in the moles.
