Rash

39yo AM c/o having a cold for 2 days with fvet/chills (?temp). Having clear productive cough w/ headache. Noticed rash on body while taking a shower. No itching. He has no other C/O.

Allergies: NKA
PMH: HLD, prediabetes
Med: none
PE: (+) rash; urine dipstick is WNL
