Whitish line divided the nail and proximal part became brittle. It is found incidentally. What is this?

18 year old male, bilateral thumb nail deformity with no trauma. Duration 3 years. No skin (sculp, elbows, shin, knee) involvement. No other nail deformity. Nail clipping sent for PAS stain and MC&S. Suspected Psoriasis of Nails or Lichen planus of Nails. Ddx Onychomycosis. With Paronychia of surrounding skin. Any suggested diagnosis and treatment plan?
