Case Description

A 3 years old refugee child presented with about 10 skin lesions which distributed around face neck and trunk started 24 hours before the picture taken, associated with fever. Your thoughts?

  1. 4 year old male with small vesicles on his arm, face and back. Pt is up to date on vaccinations, says they sometimes sting when touched, but has no fever, n/v, aches or prodrome to the bumps. Mother tried to express one today, but it caused pain. I was thinking some kind of atopic reaction? Maybe bug bites, except they don’t appear to have any other signs or family member involvement.

  2. 8y male had this skin manifestation for a few weeks, does not itch, does not hurt, isolated to upper inner thigh area?
