Patient Information
62 year old male, more than 8 months noticing weight loss, abdominal mass increasing in size, occasionally causing extrinsic intestinal obstruction. Previous US-directed biopsy only reports adipose and fibroid tissue, ascitic liquid with no malignant cells. Blood tests normal including tumor markers, just anemic. No other symptoms. Masses were not attached closely to anything in the retroperitoneum. Pending pathology report.
