43 y/o lady of Bedouin origin with asthma, was admitted and treated for pneumonia with Levofloxacin. First CXR was obtained on admission, second picture is to compare the recent x ray to the one obtained by her family dr. 27 days before admission. During the night her breathing deteriorated, saturation dropped to 68% and it seemed she was suffering from an acute severe asthma exacerbation so she was intubated.
