55-F with right arm above elbow painful mass, hx of having this mass since childhood but suddenly it grew in size, the mass was removed with excisional biopsy report show this, DX?

right arm removed for recurrent pleomorphic undifferentiated sarcoma. Arrow in 2nd pic points to area of underlying tumor and the 3rd pic is a cut cross section through the mass. You can see the tumor involves a lot of the soft tissue, possibly invading into the bone as well. Blue arrow on 3rd pic shows an area of tumor , but the overall size was measured to be about 11cm.

A 52-year-old man presented with a 20-minute history of chest pain radiating to the left shoulder and neck, associated with dyspnea and diaphoresis. He had a history of hypertension, long-term smoking, and a sedentary lifestyle. On physical examination, bibasilar crackles were noted on lung auscultation. An electrocardiogram (ECG) was performed in the primary care setting, and the patient was promptly referred to the emergency department.
