Pt is 1 month old, born full term, however admitted to the NICU due to respiratory distress. Pt noted to be hypo cephalic, has B hip dysphasia, rocker bottom feet, and concern of chromosomal abnormality due to parental consanguinity. Pt also presents with persistent, ‘thumb-in-fist’ positioning, and the RNs were complaining of odor, and difficulty with cleaning pts palms, so thumb loop splint was provided. PROM is WNLs at all the hand joints, except for B thumb MP joints, which have flexion contractures. Recommended to alternate splint from right to left had at each care time, which is ~ q3h

Patient in late teens presenting after a collapse, no chest pain, no previous cardiac history, no history of sudden death in family, are there any features in this ekg that would warrant further work-up or is this just a pediatric ekg?
