49 yo male presents 9 days after being bite by a tick after taking a trip to Ontario, Canada and going camping.
Pt states that he removed the tick himself, froze it, and brought it into the clinic today. His rash developed 2 days ago on the left thorax with an erythematous border with raised papule that is tense with a small necrotic center. Dx, labs, tmt?
