68 y/o WF. Incidental findings of speckled radio-opacities on right and left maxillary PA radiographs. Different sensor and tube head employed on each side to rule out problems with radiographic equipment. Panoramic image unremarkable but shared for comparison. Any suggestions towards a differential diagnosis much appreciated.
