There is obviously a seborrheic keratosis. What I'm wondering is if the black portion has a high pretest probability of being malignant melanoma. For complex reasons, it will be difficult to get a biopsy, so any professional dermatologic opinions on the likelihood of MM would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
