- **Gender:** Male patient in his 70s

### Chief Complaint:
- Right inguinal bulge and discomfort.

### History:
- The patient presented with progressive swelling and discomfort in the right inguinal region, exacerbated by physical activity. No symptoms of incarceration or bowel obstruction were reported.

### Physical Examination:
- A reducible right inguinal hernia was identified on examination.

### Diagnosis:
- Right inguinal hernia.

### Treatment:
- Laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair was performed with placement of a large 3D Max mesh.
