Old neglected distal tibia fracture

70 years old female patient come to the Orthopedic clinic with old neglected distal tibia fracture for 7 months.

There is past history of same site fracture 10 months ago fixed with ORIF plate but failed later on due to the infection and the plate was removed 2 months post op.

O/E skin condition good, distal tibia deformity.

What is the ideal fixation?
