19 yo wf came to me this morning with this lesion near her right elbow. She is mentally disabled so history is sketchy. She does not know how long she has had it nor can she recall any trauma / bite history. She states that it itches and does not have "water coming out". She has no known drug / environment / food allergies. She is on 2400 mg/day oxcarbazepine for refractory epilepsy. Thoughts?

10 year old female comes to me with this scaling plaque on the knee. Few months ago she had a verruca which was treated topically with Canthacur (cantharidin) after which she developed a blister which popped and left redness which developed into this plaque which has been enlarging. Does not have any other similar lesion anywhere else on the body. Family history is negative for psoriasis. The only medication she is on is Circadin 2mgx1( melatonin)](https://app.figure1.com/case-detail/0520cc53-92c9-4821-b68c-83f1ba5dd435)

79 year old woman who was referred by her primary care physician for evaluation of progressive increase in rubor of the lower extremities in other locations.  There is concern about underlying venous disease due to presence of multiple areas of small purple discolored veins on the legs. began to develop redness of the lower legs a little over a year ago that has gradually progressed.  She has noted redness of the lower legs, knee areas into the thighs, extending up into the abdomen, and backs of the arms.  This has been chronic, and is not accompanied by any itching, or open wounds. She has a very fine macular rash evenly distributed bilaterally symmetrical, on both legs as noted above from the lower third of the leg to the foot, an area encompassing above and below and including the knees, and then traveling up the inner thighs into the groin area, covering the pubic area, into the abdomen.  This travels to the lateral flanks bilaterally, but spares the back.  The chest is spared.  The rash is also present on the extensor surfaces of the arms, elbows, and forearms. She was recently diagnosed with Normal pressure hydrocephalus. She had history of acoustic neuroma he diagnosed two years ago but has not been treated. She has history of Lyme disease five years ago. Her basic labs fairly unremarkable. Is this rash concerning at all for any underlying disease? Should I do any work](https://app.figure1.com/case-detail/12a9e08c-f5e6-4ffb-ac60-239772ba60b4)

58 years old, female. She is in the office for routine laboratory tests and has no clinical complaints. She does not use medications, without a family pathological history. She said she has been working under the sun in the countryside for many years and that she does not use protection. During the physical examination I noticed a small ulcerated lesion in the nasal back. She said she has had this lesion for a year and that it does not heal.
