Follow up, on the foot wound, after pedicure. Area is sore to the touch. Pt able to flex foot up, but not down, due to pain. Foot does not feel hot, to the patient, but dull ache is still present in the posterior lower leg. Second area appeared on Monday. We are applying bacitracin 3x a day and doing warm soaks, 3x a day.
