Case Report
35 year old female with 12 year history of back and leg pain. What findings would you expect to find on he PE? This is for non rads please.

Follow up to the 39 year old male surgeon with over a year of neck pain, occasional radicular symptoms, and C5-6 myelomalacia due to a disk herniation.
He had a C5-6 ACDF. Left sided approach.
Pain was improved in the PACU. He is doing well at nearly 3 months postop.
