Case Description

Corneal metallic foreign body. First photo showing embedded metallic object embedded in L. Second photo shows removal of foreign body with residual rust ring. Third photo shows minimal rust ring after debridement. Fourth photo shows anterior segment OCT.

\ Description: Fairly straight forward metallic foreign body, which has led to a rust ring on the cornea. Used a sterile needle to lift it off; probably would have come off if I had used the edge of a Fluorescein strip. RX prophylactic AB for 4 days and decided not to use topical steroids.
