Case Details

  1. Case Image 1

Axial (image 1) and coronal (image 2) T1-weighted postcontrast MRI in a patient with rhabdomyosarcoma shows diffuse enhancement and thickening of the leptomeninges consistent with leptomeningeal metastases. Leptomeningeal metastases typically occur in the setting of widespread metastatic disease. Most patients have malignancies originating within the central nervous system. However, non-CNS primary tumors can also cause this finding.

  2. Case Image 2

Inguinal mass of three years duration in a middle-aged man. Biopsy revealed rhabdomyosarcoma.

  3. Case Image 3

This is a case of a mass growing at the back of the thigh, painless for some time, was operated on twice. The growth became massive with excruciating pain. Histopathology showed it's a malignant growth after tampering with it surgically in a tertiary hospital. Any likely diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.

  4. Case Image 4

Rhabdomyosarcoma of neck involving base of skull. Sadly could not do anything. Pterygoid plates eroded. So extensive was it all.
