Paging all students! This patient is a 24 y/o F who complains of a one day history with this rash. She states the finger is very painful (7/10) and itchy. She denies trauma or changes in personal care products. She takes no medications and has NKDA. Past medical history: Celiacs disease. I will post the presumptive diagnosis in a couple of hours if no one gets it, but I doubt that!

guys thank you for the help. I really appreciated it 😘😘.. we have taken all food that contain gluten and the rashes subside. But im still wondering if this rash is caused by the diaper?

How would you tackle this NCLEX question?
