Seborrhoeic keratosis in a 78 years old patient. The patient did not refer any symptom, he came to the consult because he was concern about malignancy of the lesion. For complex reasons, it will be difficult to get a biopsy, so any professional dermatologic opinions on the likelihood of MM would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
