penile head skin lesions in a patient with NASH. Otherwise h | Figure 1

penile head skin lesions in a patient with NASH. Otherwise healthy. Lesions appeared 2 weeks ago - no symptoms, no itching, no pain, no inguinal lymphadenopathy. Introvert type personality - actually this was found after "door knob complaint" - I am not a dermatologist I routinely check his liver enzymes and NASH. Waiting for derm consult - what is your opinion? Eczema? Herpes? Contact dermatitis?
