5yo male w recurrent burning rash. 5 yo M w/ h/o urticaria presents with 2 months of different rash: Mom states: "..its on the chest, thighs, stomach and arms - Skin is very flaky.

Doesn't itch like his urticaria - it burns instead. Lasts for several days improving w topical steroids before returning several weeks later"
