17 years old M pt., NKDA, no PMHx. came to ED with painful Rt. upper limb with tenderness of joints movements from today. the condition started 2 days ago with infected subungual middle finger nail which after that developed a red streak started from the dirsum of hand and ascended towards the axilla. O\E vitally stable, no palpable axillary LNs just tender with palpation, Bloods within normal range..

Dx, Tx ?

31 yo female presented to ED with 3 days of this rash, primarily on legs with some on dorsal arms. Otherwise asymptomatic. Started out more inflammatory and "puffy," now with this papular appearance after starting on prednisone and Benadryl from PCP. Initially itchy, now more tender. No apparent new exposures. No significant medical history.

31 yr female started having inflammation of tendons on dorsal of hands bilat, one tendon at a time last year.(most noted in winter) Tendons non tender, nor painful. 20 year old no other health problems, starts off super itchy then become tender. this is 1 month of symptoms- started on the lower leg. No recent travel. No pets at home.

52 y/M with DM, HTN from Philippines presented with 4 months of rash which started from right elbow after some joint aspiration (unknown reason). No improvement on anti fungal, some improvement on oral prednisone. But then started progressing again. Rash is as follows, non pruritic, non tender. No fever. No new drugs. No hiking or camping. No insect bite.

patient in late teens presenting after a collapse, no chest pain, no previous cardiac history, no history of sudden death in family, are there any features in this ekg that would warrant further work-up or is this just a pediatric ekg?
