41 Year Old Female with Lesions on Palate

41 year old female presents with painful lesions of mouth x 2 days. HX significant for asthma, recent rash of scalp and new shampoo, resolved. No swelling of lymph nodes, normothermic, all vs wnl. What's the likely dx?

Update 1

Follow up revealed right-sided eye pain and redness, right-sided jaw pain at TMJ radiating superiorly to head and medially to jaw, and resolved rash of right side of head described as "burning." Patient experienced resolution of symptoms 3 weeks from onset. One course of valacylovir 1G TID X1 week was prescribed at approximately 3 days after onset of oral lesions. Dx Zoster/Shingles with somewhat atypical presentation.
