Middle aged woman cooking canola oil on the stove. The oil caught fire, she tried to put it out with a towel and the flaming oil landed primarily on her left leg and right foot. She was given narcotic pain medicine, IV fluids and transferred to the local burn center for further management. Tetanus was already UTD per patient.
