Patient Summary:
37 year old female. PMH hypercholesterolemia, congenital joint disorder (arthrogryposis)
Presented with sudden onset diffuse abdominal pain and cramping with associated diarrhea. After 4 episodes of diarrhea patient passing frank red blood x 3 episodes. No vomiting, intermittent nausea. WBC’s 13.8 H/H 13.4/39.3. Many fecal leukocytes. No CT ordered.
