Complex ankle fracture-dislocation: Tibiotalar dislocation with 3cm tibia displacement, anterior and medial malleoli displaced fractures and displaced comminuted fracture of distal fibula with 2cm shortening and 50 degree angulation. Followed by a little pain dose ketamine, reduction, and splint.
