functionally independent 80yo female from NESB presents with expressive #Aphasia and right arm weakness unwitnessed onset through questioning thought onset less than 1 hour prior to presentation as called daughter at time of onset of weakness who then called ambulance when unable to hear mother speak. Perfusion CT used to determine if thrombolysis may be of benefit to this patient. Plain CT unremarkable, CT #Angiography showed no large vessel occlusion that may qualify for thrombectomy. No other contraindications to thrombolysis. On the basis of the perfusion would you offer thrombolysis?
