77 year old male with primary CNS lymphoma presents to the NIH with new onset of blindness. He has a known right frontoparietal lesion not shown which was previously in remission for 2 months after completing a course of rituxan and methotrexate before this right F-P lesion relapsed. Can you localize the imaging findings (Red/Blue/Green arrows)? What do these findings suggest and what would be your next steps in management of this patient?
