24 YO man with 3 month history of the above rash. Seemed to start after ceasing work in a cold environment (refrigerated food prep cooler). Has tried over-the-counter antibiotic ointments which worsened the rash. No personal or family history of similar rash. Has NOT used any topical (or systemic) steroids. I think the rash is most consistent with #Rosacea. Any other ideas or alternative hypotheses (other than #Systemic-lupus-erythematosus 😉)?

15 yr old female non pruritic new, sudden onset rash. Rash is present on legs, back off hands, top of feet and legs. Negative for sore throat, fever, appetite change. No current medications.

#Lupus new malar rash in context of joint pain and cytopenias. ANA positive. other serology pending.

18 yrf presenting with this skin rash. While in Hosp with Rx of Corticosteroids,the rash improve but a few days after discharge rasch appear afain. Drs don't know what it is. Any suggestions please? ?Lupus? Steven Johnsons?
