62yo male with insulin dependent DM. 2 week hx of this rash that started with a few spots on Lt leg and gradually spread to both legs and thighs. very mildly pruritic. has tried betamethasone cream on his own from a previous prescription. Has not made a difference. Trunk and upper extremities are spared. Lesions are as appear in pictures. Some are a bit more plaque like and scaly. Any ideas re:diagnosis? it looks like something that should be steroid responsive.
