Seventy-something year old M -- went in for TAVR. Pre-TAVR ECG was NSR. Within the image provided, the top ECG was post-TAVR interpreted as 1st degree AV block. The one below was interpreted as 2nd degree, type II AV block. I feel as though the bottom image is actually Complete Heart Block with a 2:1 conduction.
