Case Description

55 y/o female with no CVS risk factors presented with a 2 day history of central chest pain radiating to the back. Routine biochem, including cardiac markers and CXR were normal. The only abnormality noted on the ECG was LAD and the morphology noted in lead v2. Almost saddle shaped. Anybody got any ideas? Brugada syn?
