Patient Overview
25yoM with eruption of blanching skin lesions, presenting with:
- No pruritis
- Some lesions painful when they first appear
- 10 lesions appeared three weeks ago, query new dermatographia
- Another 10 lesions have appeared in the last three weeks, some have become less prominent
- No lesions on feet, single lesion on thigh
- 1 year history of patchy hair loss
- Recently volunteered at local pediatric emergency department
Differential Diagnosis
- Psoriasis
- Coxsackievirus
- Secondary syphilis
